    Our co-founder started in tile as a youth, learning hands-on from craftsmen. That practical beginning built a lasting commitment to quality and integrity. Today he combines strategic vision with detailed process knowledge—overseeing materials, installation, standards, product and service innovation, and how we treat customers, partners, and team.
